Jaiveer Asthana

Founder Jaiveer Asthana's personal experience with a debilitating neck injury during his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training fueled his passion for massage therapy and inspired the company's philosophy. Jaiveer's journey to recovery was far from easy. It took months of dedicated massage therapy and strengthening exercises to alleviate his pain.

This arduous experience instilled in him a profound appreciation for the slow and steady approach to healing, which is aptly reflected in the company's name and motto. Turtle Massage embodies the belief that true recovery takes time, patience, and unwavering commitment. Just as a turtle's determined pace eventually leads it to its destination, Turtle Massage therapists are committed to guiding their clients along the path to wellness, one step at a time.

Lloyd

Lloyd is formally trained and qualified, and holds two degrees in Sports Therapy (FdSc, BSc Hons). With soft tissue and massage techniques being his preferred and one of favourite forms of treatment for injury, especially in terms of sport and being from activity.

Alongside preventive rehabilitation such as optimal resistance training and mobility/flexibility work.

The main reason Lloyd got into physical therapy was simply to help others through their struggles and injuries. As he knows what it is like to be in that position, when you feel hindered as if you cant perform or do the things you normally would.
